Tom Rath
Tom Rath is a consultant on employee engagement, strengths, and wellbeing. He is best known for his work on strengths-based leadership and wellbeing. What people may not know is that as a teenager, he was diagnosed with a serious illness. Though his condition was life-threatening, he learned to take control of his body and lives a healthy and fulfilling life by making positive changes in the ways he eats, moves and sleeps. He has synthesized everything he's learned from his experience and research into a series of books, which include the bestseller, Eat Move Sleep (2013)
